Age Policy
Who may create and use Trusten accounts.
1. Minimum age for Trusten accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Trusten account — whether you are applying for a company (organization) account or a customer-portal account under a rental company.
At signup you must confirm this attestation. We reject signups that do not include a valid age confirmation and acceptance of our Terms.
2. Why 18+
Trusten is a business operations platform involving contracts, vehicle location data, and potentially safety-sensitive vehicle commands. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
3. Renting vehicles — local law may require older drivers
Being 18+ to use Trusten does not mean you may legally rent or drive every vehicle. Rental companies and local regulations (for example UAE driving age and license class rules) may require a higher minimum age or a valid driving licence. Tenant organizations remain responsible for verifying driver eligibility before handover.
4. Parental / guardian accounts
We do not offer child accounts. If you believe we have collected data from someone under 18, contact [email protected] and we will delete it where required.
